People can preserve their physical and mental health by exercising. In the current technological age, where individuals are always occupied and lead stressful lives, they need to do something to benefit both their physical and mental health. If one wishes to have a happy and quiet life, exercise is crucial. Below are some of the exercises:
  • SQUATS
  • PUSH UPS
  • ABDOMINAL CRUNCHES
SQUATS:
    In a squat, the participant lowers their hips from a standing posture and then stands back up. This exercise also helps in weight gain and keeps the bone strong. Start by doing a little and then keep on increasing the goal, this will help you to be consistent.

PUSH UPS:
        Push-ups  are the most  common exercise. It is done by raising and lowering the body using the arms. Your body might hurts during the first two weeks but keep on doing that, it will get better later.
It helps men to make biceps and make their muscles stronger.

It is an abdominal exercise. It helps in building six packs and belly tightness. This exercise is popular among the people who want to build six packs.
