We can say today's generation as
mobile generation because they are always into the mobile. Studies have shown
due to social media , this generation is more depressed than the previous ones
coz the generation before was so into sport. Sports can make one person free
from stress and depression because the player gets no time to overthink and
worry about the other stuff and sports relaxes the mind.
